Speed and energy: how much do the extra FPS matter?
The Nitro 505 is rated at 505 FPS, the Flatline 460 at 460 FPS and the Stealth 450 at 450 FPS. With a 400 grain arrow that works out to roughly 227, 188 and 180 ft-lbs of kinetic energy at the muzzle, calculated with the standard formula.
Every one of those numbers is several times higher than the roughly 42 ft-lbs commonly cited as a minimum guideline for deer sized game. So the practical benefit of more speed is not more killing power, it is a flatter trajectory. A faster arrow drops less between your aiming marks and is more forgiving if you misjudge range by a few yards.

Scopes and what's in the box
This is where the three differ most. The Nitro 505 comes with TenPoint's EVO-X Elite scope. The Stealth 450 comes with the 100-yard EVO-X Marksman Elite scope and 3 Pro Elite 400 arrows.
